CELLTRIONCARE PATIENT PROGRAM

Celltrion Healthcare Australia Pty Ltd is pleased to be partnering with PharmaPrograms to provide community pharmacies with the opportunity to participate in the CelltrionCare Patient Program. This Program supports patients who have been prescribed and dispensed Yuflyma® (adalimumab) or SteQeyma® (ustekinumab). Pharmacists will play a key role in supporting patients participating in the Program. This pharmacist-led Program aims to improve medication compliance, adherence and overall disease state management by facilitating communication between pharmacists and patients. In addition, the pharmacist will provide the patient with information on additional support available through the program.
